Mindoro Group Have Launched An E-Learning Intranet Platform.

One of the key elements to being able to provide a high level of service to our clients and their employees, is the ongoing reminder to existing employees of the benefits they enjoy. Further, to communicate changes that are made to these benefits by service providers on regular basis.

It is also key that new employees need to be appraised of their benefits at time of joining to ensure that they make informed decisions about their benefit choices from the outset.

We at Mindoro have always been passionate about providing inductions, workshops and documentation to support these communication initiatives.

At the beginning of 2020 we developed a strategy to enhance our offering through the utilisation of technology , which would enable us to extend our reach to more clients and more employees and to enable us to be more efficient in responding to clients needs. This strategy which was planned for development over the next 18 months has been accelerated due to current lockdown restrictions in which we all find ourselves.

We have launched an e-Learning intranet platform on which we will be hosting videos developed both to meet clients specific needs and generic educational material. Clients employees will be provided with access to the relevant training videos and our clients will receive a feedback report as to which employees viewed the material , for how long and who completed a questions and answers session after each video.

This will allow employers to ensure that their employees are well informed and that employees interaction is monitored.
