We are proud to announce that 2025 is our 30th anniversary of providing our valued clients with our services. Our vision statement has always been “Our experience your legacy” and we have enjoyed meeting this commitment over the past 3 decades.
Some of you have only been clients for a short time, some of you both Corporate and individual have been with us the entire journey and we would like to thank all of you for entrusting us with your financial services requirements.
A Proud Announcement
We are also proud to announce that John Armstrong who was one of the founders of the business in 1995 will be moving to the position of Chairman from 1 March 2025. Whilst relinquishing his role in the day-to-day operations of the business and direct client interface, he will be driving the future development of the Company and ensuring along with his fellow board members that Mindoro Group continues to achieve its vision.
To help take Mindoro forward into the future, we are equally proud and excited to announce that Melanie De Palo, who has been a director of the Company since 2020 and a part of the success of Mindoro since she joined us some 25 years ago, will now take on the role of Operations Director, whilst continuing to manage her key clients.
Melanie is well placed to take on this role having been involved in all facets of the business over her tenure.
To support her we have created a new operations management team from our experienced staff compliment.
Craig Becket and Bernadette Dickson both senior directors and holders of key client-facing positions in the Company will continue their roles, but with more focus on client interface and growing our client base.
